Visibility for standard users
Platform admins decide whether standard users may directly open knowledge, Decisions and the governance graph.
Who the switches apply to
Section titled “Who the switches apply to”The switches apply to everyone without the platform admin role. Anyone who holds the room owner or governance owner role anywhere, or is named as room owner, memory owner, or decision maker, keeps all three surfaces. The defaults are off.

Decisions
Direct Decision views in the user’s own rooms. Type-scoped cross-cutting roles continue to read only their governed type.

What remains unchanged
Section titled “What remains unchanged”Rooms, chat, policies, agents, memberships and existing write or request paths are not changed by these read switches.
What roles keep
Section titled “What roles keep”Platform admins keep all three surfaces. Architecture, security, business, and auditor keep their own read-only access to decisions, which OPA governs separately. For knowledge and the governance graph, the switches apply to them as well.
Every change is evidenced
Section titled “Every change is evidenced”Only platform admins can change the values. Every effective toggle creates an evidence record; an unchanged value creates none.
