Email delivery
Central configuration for this installation. Only platform administrators can change it.
Configuration draft
Section titled “Configuration draft”Draft changes affect active delivery only after activation.
Stored secrets are never displayed. Changes initially apply only to the draft.
Check locally – no email
Section titled “Check locally – no email”The local check sends no email and verifies neither API access nor the sender domain with the provider.
Explicit test send
Section titled “Explicit test send”Sends one harmless test message through the saved draft to the address entered. Use your own or an explicitly approved address. No invitation or password link.
Inbox delivery is not confirmed.
Send outcome unknown. Another explicit test may produce a duplicate email.
Activate draft
Section titled “Activate draft”This configuration will be used for new emails from this installation. External access and delivery may still be unverified. A local check is not a successful send.
Identity email transport is not configured yet. Saving alone does not connect invitations and recovery to this provider.
Disable delivery
Section titled “Disable delivery”New invitations and password-recovery emails cannot be sent. Existing identity-provider sign-in remains available.
